Find out whether your business is being targeted online, and what to do about it.

In preproduction. Scout is being built and tested with a small group of owners now; public access opens when the testing is done.

What Scout is

Scout is a tool for a small business or creator who suspects something is off: a sudden run of one-star reviews, a website that looks like theirs, a pile-on that came out of nowhere. It takes the reviews and public footprint the owner already has, looks for the patterns that coordinated campaigns leave behind, and tells the owner what to do next.

It describes what it sees in numbers. It does not decide what is true, it never calls a review fake or a person a bot, and it does not guess who is responsible. When it cannot tell, it says so, and it says what would settle the question.

How it works

1

You give Scout what you already have

A review export from any platform, your website address, and (soon) permission to pull your reviews directly from the platforms that allow it. Scout never scrapes behind a login and never asks for your passwords.

2

Scout measures the patterns

Bursts of reviews far above your own usual pace. Groups of reviews that share most of their wording. Clusters of brand-new accounts arriving the same week. Swings in your rating. Look-alike domains that could pass for your website. Each is counted, not guessed.

3

You get a plain-language report and a to-do list

An overall read (looks organic, worth watching, likely coordinated, or can't tell yet), the ordinary explanation alongside the concerning one, the evidence behind every finding, and concrete next steps: what to document, how to report to the platform, what to say publicly, and when a lawyer is worth the call.

What makes it different

It works from your data, not the platforms'. Tools that depended on platform access have gone dark one after another as that access was withdrawn. Scout uses what the owner is entitled to see, so no platform can switch it off.

Judgment stays with you. Automated detectors of bots and fake content perform far worse in the real world than their makers claim. Scout treats them accordingly: deterministic measurements set the ceiling on any verdict, and the written assessment explains rather than accuses.

The first look is free. A one-time snapshot costs nothing and needs no account. Ongoing monitoring, which re-runs the checks and alerts you to change, is the paid product.
